I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels like a stranger. My journey into VagalVibe wasn’t born in a gym, but in the quiet, necessary work of healing a dysregulated nervous system. Like many of you, I spent years white-knuckling through chronic health challenges and the residue of emotional trauma, only to find that traditional methods often left me depleted rather than restored.

I created VagalVibe because I discovered that the secret to healing isn't just discipline, it’s safety. By integrating SOMA Breathwork, somatic movement, and nervous system therapy, I have helped myself and hundreds of women shift from a state of survival to living again. My mission is to provide you with the tools to down-regulate your system, reclaim your vitality, and finally exhale.
The Science of the Shift
During my recovery, I discovered the power of the breath and somatic healing. I didn't just want to "feel better"; I wanted to understand why my body was stuck in high alert. This led me to SOMA Breath and the study of the Vagus Nerve, the body's internal volume knob for stress.
By integrating ancient pranayama with modern neuroscience, I found the tools to move my body from a state of "victim" to "survivor," and finally to "advocate".
Re-Authoring the Story
My journey isn't just professional; it’s deeply personal. I am the author of The INCEST FACTOR, a memoir born from the silence of abuse and the loud, vibrant reality of recovery. Writing this book was my act of social justice—a way to turn personal pain into a public resource for others walking the same path.
My Mission at VagalVibe.fit
Today, my ecosystem is balanced. I lead community workshops, hike with my grandchildren, and practice the same breathwork I teach. I created VagalVibe to help you navigate your own "rhythm of recovery."
• Some days, we focus on The Calm: Using somatic techniques to quiet the noise and find safety in your own skin.
• Other days, we focus on Vitality: Using SOMA Breath and physical training to build the strength and voice of an advocate.
Whether you are healing from "emotional trauma" or seeking a higher state of physical health, I am here to help you tune your nervous system and reclaim your vibe.
